what makes FX - Forex Markets so Attractive
In
the Forex market, traders usually work for large banks, Hedge Funds and
financial institutions and increasingly these days; self employed individuals.
These people dictate the supply and demand of pairs of currencies on a
minute by minute basis and many other time frames from hours to days,
weeks and months.
We
all take part in this market indirectly when we obtain currency for a
foreign holiday, perhaps more surprising is that if you have money in
a bank, then that bank will be exchanging YOUR money with other banks
at suitable moments for THEIR profits!
Companies
who do any business overseas, transact through exchange of currency in
Forex through their commercial banks, often they do not even realise that
they are making huge profits for those banks!
Some
companies who have foreign work forces or suppliers have realised that
the timing of their purchases and payments can make a difference to the
cost of currency exchange or even to profit from this mere movement of
funds. In all cases of individual or company transaction and especially
at foreign exchange bureau's you are paying a large fee! The banks in
the Forex industry pay a rather lesser fee.
In
the last 2 to 5 years the market has become incresingly open to individuals
due to online systems and an increasing awareness by brokers that there
is a massive market and demand by those individuals to help themselves
through effort to a little or a lot more wealth.
